Our Founder
Our founder, Andy Stefani, grew up in his dad's machine shop just outside of Detroit, Michigan. There, he learned early on the grit, integrity, and hard work it takes to run a small business. A lifelong entrepreneur, Andy built a blacktop resurfacing company in high school, a window washing business during college, and went on to spend years in business development helping small to large-cap companies. Now based in Costa Mesa, California, Andy founded Stefani Ventures with a clear, personal mission: to protect the legacies of great businesses and ensure they continue to thrive and serve their communities for generations to come.
